By registering for and participating in Date 4 Eight, you agree to abide by all terms, conditions, and policies set forth by the organizers. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms before completing your registration.

Your registration serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply with experience rules, code of conduct, or any stated policies may result in removal from the experience without refund.

Date 4 Eight, Dahl Entertainment, and its organizers are not responsible for personal interactions, outcomes, or any incidents that may arise before, during, or after experiences. Participants engage at their own discretion and assume all associated risks.

We reserve the right to update or modify our terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 21+ and live in the Fargo, ND/Moorhead, MN, or Grand Forks ND metro areas.
The singles experiences are exclusively for single men and women who are genuinely interested in dating and forming meaningful connections. If you are currently married, in a relationship, or otherwise unavailable, the singles experiences are not for you.
Date 4 Eight also hosts experiences for those looking for friendly connections, not just romantic dates, making it a great option for anyone seeking new friendships in a fun, structured setting.

2. Registration & Screening Process

All participants must complete a pre-registration questionnaire to be considered for an experience.
Our team will review applications to ensure all attendees are serious and fit the experience criteria.

3. Background Screening

To create a safe and comfortable experience, we conduct a light background check for criminal history.
This check is for internal use only and will not be disclosed to participants.
We reserve the right to decline participation based on the results of this screening at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide further explanation or refund of the registration fee to the registrant.

4. Alcohol & Drug Policy

Excessive alcohol or drug use during the experience is strictly prohibited.
Anyone appearing intoxicated, disruptive, or impaired will be asked to leave without a refund.
We aim to create a welcoming and comfortable space for all participants, and respectful behavior is expected at all times.

5. Experience Conduct & Expectations

Participants must arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Respect and courtesy are mandatory—inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect toward other participants or experience hosts will not be tolerated.
We encourage in-person connections. Please limit phone use during the experience, and if you need to take a call or handle urgent business, kindly step away to avoid disrupting the experience.
There is no obligation to exchange contact information or continue conversations after the experience.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your contact information will never be shared with other participants without your consent. You are not obligated to share your contact details during the experience; however, if you feel a genuine in-person connection, you are welcome to mutually exchange information at your own discretion.
We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Recording, photographing, or sharing details of other participants without consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to limited spots, all experience fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the experience is canceled by the organizers.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may impact future participation.

8. Our Right to Refuse Participation

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone who violates the rules, creates an uncomfortable environment, or misrepresents their relationship status. Refunds will not be granted in these cases.
